New biopic based on French singer, songwriter, and actor Serge Gainsbourg (also father of actress and singer-songwriter Charlotte Gainsbourg). The film follows Gainsbourg growing up in 1940s Nazi-occupied Paris and through his successful song-writing years in the 1960s to his death in 1991 at the age of 62. Looks like a must see film if only for the iconic women that played such a part in his life, from Bridget Bardot, Jane Birkin and Juliette Gréco.
