Oh Boy! | Justin Passmore

Name: Justin Passmore
Age: 28
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Day job (what pays the bills): carpentry, random other manly ventures

What was growing up like for you?

In between Florida and North Carolina, I got a great dose of being in nature. Life is easier and slower down south. I miss it.

How did you get into modelling?

I was scouted in SoHo minutes after I was fired from my retail job for having long hair and a beard. There is justice in this universe.

What was the response like from your mates when you started modelling?

Everyone thought it was bullshit until the shoots started comin out...now it's sorta old hat. A job is a job. It doesn't make me. I just happen to do this instead of another thing.

When you are not modelling what are you doing?

Playing guitar, drinkin whiskey. Listening to records. I am a slave to music.

What's it like seeing yourself all over the Internet and girls gushing all over pictures?

It's all a grand joke, people may say one thing or another, but nobody has it in them to say anything to me. It's all this stalker mentality of social networking that makes this world turn.

Who is Justin Passmore?

 just a guy.

Is there a difference between the public and private Justin?

I don't believe, as long as I keep them the same I will always be true.

Is there anything you would be prefer to be doing as a career instead of modelling?

I'm not a career type of guy. I'd rather be retired in Guatemala building houses.

What can we expect from you in the future?

For me to return to a ball of light and escape this earth in inter-dimensional bliss.

Let's talk about girls. Ladies man, fun loving bachelor or hopeless romantic?

I'll always be the romantic. That's always been the juxtaposition in this game. There's no room for romance anymore. I am the remnants of an older time.

What do you look for in girls and admire most?

To be self aware, honest, and most of all driven. I tend to gravitate towards women who have a lot more goin on than I do.

Girls vs Women?

Both.

Do you have any advise for guys who want to get involved in the modelling industry?

It ain't all it's cracked up to be. You gotta jump through a lot of hoops to be in this industry. It's not all about bein good lookin or whatever. Be an entity upon yourself. Be more than modeling. I think this industry is moving toward personal style and the way you live rather than what you look like.

Anything you'd like to say to your fans and the readers?

It's all love ya'll. Word.
