María de la Paz Elizabeth Sofía Adriana de la Huerta (yes, that is her real name) or Paz de la Huerta as she is better known, is an American actress and model. 26 year old Paz was born and raised in New York City and has been acting since age 4, having attended the Soho Children's Acting Studio.
However, Paz has recently become widely known for her role of Lucy Danziger in the new HBO television series Boardwalk Empire. Paz was considered one of the 55 faces of the future in Nylon Magazine's Young Hollywood Issue. Whilst Paz has now become a somewhat mainstream name and face due to her recent television fame she has been circling the indie film circuit for years.
